Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, where applicable. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, peak periods and any unforeseen delays.

Standard Shipping: 5 to 12 business days
Express Shipping, where available: 2 to 7 business days

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, high order volume or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Breezio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update your details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Breezio is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your household, neighbours, building management or local post office before contacting the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other fees charged by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise stated. Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change.
